Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I change / add to my order once placed?
Once you have received an order number we are unable to amend your order in any way. We will be able to cancel the order within 3 hours of placing the order and you can re-order.
- Is the delivery cost per item or per order?
Our delivery costs are per order. The cost is not dependant upon your order being made up of single or multiple items.
- I have 2 orders can they be shipped together?
Yes
- If I place my order on Friday when will it be processed?
If it is in the morning or early afternoon it will be processed on the same day. if the order arrives after 3pm that order will likely be processed on Monday
- How do I return goods?
Refer to the ‘Return Procedure’
- Why wasn’t I refunded the delivery charge when my return was processed?
We will refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge, expect in cases where the order was cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, or if the entire order was faulty.
- I entered an alternative delivery address but my confirmation email does not indicate this, has it been changed?
No, our system may not have recorded your information correctly or you may not have completed all three sections fully. You will need to email your new delivery address to tgs@bigpond.com quoting your full name and order number.
- Where is my delivery?
Once your order is despatched we aim to deliver fast and effectively using Auspost. The delivery we service we tend to prefer and use is AusPost overnight express.
- What if my delivery is missing an item?
This is unusual but on occasion an error can occur with our physical stock levels.
If there is an item unavailable the remaining items in your order will be shipped to prevent delay. We will then endeavour to contact you via email to let you know if more stock will become available or if a refund will be made to your card for the missing item.
